Order Cancellation:
- You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please email us at customer@klyzor.com with your order number for quick resolution.
- Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Order Processing Time: The estimated order processing time is 2-3 business days, and we ship the next business day (excluding weekends).
- After the order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Modify Your Order:
- Orders can be modified within 24 hours of placing the order, please contact our customer service to modify the order information.
- If your order is already in transit, we will not be able to modify the order information.
Please note: Requests for order cancellation or modification submitted beyond the 24-hour window may not be accommodated in time. Consequently, any additional shipping charges arising from such delays will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Due to Defective Product or Order, for these situations, we provide an option for returns or exchanges, klyzor will cover the return shipping fee:
- Received product has quality defects
- Product arrives damaged during shipping
- Received item significantly differs from order description

Returns Due to Unmet Expectations, For these situations, we provide an option for returns or exchanges, Return shipping cost shall be at buyer's expense:
- Product does not meet your needs
- You choose not to keep the item
- Return Eligibility: You can return your order if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your package, based on tracking information.
- Return Conditions: The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Restocking fee: No restocking fee

Refund Policy:

- Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
